White, M.A., SPHR, SHRM-SCP is co-founder of MTI Business Solutions (mtibusiness.com), a business consulting and corporate training firm based in Mobile, Alabama and working with clients throughout the U.S. Mary specializes in HR, management and public relations training and consulting services.
